How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). Portrait sessions like graduation, maternity, and proposals typically need 4–8 weeks advance notice. Contact us to check availability.
What happens if it rains on my shoot date?
For outdoor portrait sessions, we monitor weather closely and communicate early. We offer free reschedule options for weather issues. For weddings, we work with the conditions creatively — rainy wedding photos are often the most beautiful!
How long until I receive my photos?
Portrait sessions are delivered within 5–7 business days. Wedding galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. You'll receive a sneak peek of 5–10 images within 48 hours of most sessions.
Do you travel outside Kansas City?
Yes! Travel within 40 miles of Kansas City is included in all packages. Beyond that, travel fees are calculated based on distance. Destination wedding inquiries are welcome — contact us for custom quotes.
What is your booking deposit?
A 30% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your session. Payment plans are available for wedding packages. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Do I get printing rights to my photos?
Yes! All packages include full personal print rights. You can print your images anywhere you choose. Commercial use rights are included in corporate packages. Wedding couples receive a full print release with their gallery.
